In primary section our school is making every effort to strengthen the primary education. The administration of our school takes care that our teachers are well-trained in activity-based teaching and they are using the same methodology. Our teachers conduct variety of learning activities to make learning interesting as well as fruitful. Our teachers make full use of teaching-aids while teaching. For this purpose we have a beautiful & rich primary resource centre. We conduct school readiness programme for the beginners who are admitted to class. In this programme they are provided such activities which make them feel homelike atmosphere in school as well as prepare them for the formal school system.

We conduct co-curricular activities for primary children to give motivation to the children’s creativity & to get the full personality development.

There is not formal examination for class I & II. The teacher will evaluate the students through continuous & comprehensive Evaluation/ C.C.e. for classes III to V the following scheme is followed. 3 unit tests with projects assignment. Half-yearly Exam, Session Ending Exam. Following subjects are taught in class I & II English, Hindi, Mathematics, AHPL, SUPW computer games, Music hits - III to V English, Hindi, Mathematics, EVS, AHPL Music, SUPW, Computer, Games, Music hits.

PRIMARY RESOURCE CENTRE (PRC)

For strengthening of primary Education. It is very necessary to make the classroom teaching child oriented as well as activity based. For activity-based teaching we need lot of resources and aids for conducting different activates as well as for making the learning interesting for the students. To fulfill this purpose we have a primary resource centre which is a rich collection of so many teaching aids that are needed in our day to day teaching.

Our PRC was established in the year 2003. It is really a rich collection of teaching aids, pictures, educational charts. A large variety of different pictures and charts on different topics are available . There are different beautiful models, flash-cards of different words, numbers, pictures.

In our PRC there are many puzzles, games. Our PRC is well equipped as it has computer. It is useful to show power-point presentation, educational CDS to the children.

We also have overhead projector as well as transparencies in our PRC. It is beautifully decorated the objects material, pictures, charts are kept in beautiful manner for display and use while teaching.
